1. Authentic property content
Use real property photos and accurate listing details. Do not use ListVanta to fabricate rooms, views, finishes, amenities, prices, availability, agent credentials, or other material facts. Do not misrepresent a generated video as an official MLS record or appraisal.
2. Rights and privacy
Do not upload content you do not own or have permission to process. Do not expose private information, access codes, personal documents, occupants, minors, license plates, or other sensitive details without a lawful basis and appropriate consent.
3. Prohibited sexual and exploitative content
NSFW, pornographic, sexually explicit, sexually suggestive, exploitative, or non-consensual content is strictly prohibited. Content sexualizing minors is prohibited without exception and may be reported to appropriate authorities.
4. No face manipulation or impersonation
Do not use the service for face swaps, deepfakes, deceptive impersonation, fabricated endorsements, or manipulation of a person’s identity or likeness. ListVanta is designed for property marketing, not synthetic-person or face-generation use.
5. Fair Housing and discrimination
Do not create discriminatory housing advertising or target, exclude, discourage, or express preferences concerning protected classes. You remain responsible for compliance with the U.S. Fair Housing Act and other applicable housing and advertising laws.
6. Other prohibited conduct
- Illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, threatening, harassing, hateful, or violent content.
- Copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, or contractual-rights infringement.
- Malware, unauthorized access, scraping, security testing without permission, or service disruption.
- Reselling accounts or Credits, evading limits, payment abuse, or fraudulent chargebacks.
- Using outputs for regulated professional advice or claims that ListVanta has verified a property.
7. Enforcement
We may investigate, block generation, remove content, preserve evidence, restrict or terminate accounts, and cooperate with providers or authorities where reasonably necessary. Repeated or severe violations may result in permanent suspension without refund to the extent permitted by law.
