1. Who we are
ListVanta is a software product operated by Xiao Shiqian, an individual operator based in China (“ListVanta,” “we,” “us”). ListVanta provides tools that help real estate professionals turn user-supplied listing photos and details into marketing videos and copy. We do not provide brokerage, property transaction, mortgage, appraisal, or legal services.
2. Information we collect
- Account information: name, email address, profile image, authentication identifiers, and session data supplied through Google sign-in.
- Content you provide: property photos, listing details, branding, narration, captions, and other project inputs.
- Generated content: videos, audio, marketing copy, project settings, and render metadata.
- Billing information: product, subscription, transaction, invoice, refund, and customer identifiers. Payment card details are handled by Creem and its payment partners; ListVanta does not store complete card details.
- Technical information: IP address, browser and device data, timestamps, security events, diagnostics, and usage records.
- Support communications: messages and attachments you send to us.
3. How we use information
We process information to provide and secure the service, authenticate accounts, create requested content, manage Credits and subscriptions, prevent abuse, provide support, comply with law, and improve reliability. We do not sell personal information or use customer property photos to train our own general-purpose AI models.
4. Service providers and international processing
We may share data only as needed with infrastructure, database, authentication, AI text, voice, storage, analytics, support, and payment providers. These currently may include Vercel, Neon, Google, OpenAI-compatible service providers, fal.ai and its voice partners, Creem, and future object-storage providers. Processing may occur in countries other than your own. Providers receive only the information reasonably required to perform their services.
5. Retention
Retention depends on the product selected and operational needs. Free finished videos are generally available for 7 days; paid finished videos are generally available for 90 days. Original uploaded photos are intended to be retained for up to 30 days once production storage is enabled. Project, billing, security, and legal records may be kept longer where reasonably necessary. Local browser copies may remain on your device until you clear them.
6. Cookies and sessions
We use essential cookies and similar storage for authentication, security, preferences, and draft recovery. We do not require advertising cookies to provide the core service.
7. Your choices and rights
Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection. You may also withdraw consent where consent is the legal basis. We may verify your identity before completing a request.
8. Security and children
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no online service can promise absolute security. ListVanta is intended for adults and business users and is not directed to children under 18.
9. Changes and contact
We may update this policy and will post the revised effective date. Material changes will be communicated where required.
