1. Service and eligibility
You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter a contract. ListVanta is a self-service software tool for creating real estate marketing content from material supplied by users. It is not a real estate brokerage, listing service, mortgage provider, appraisal service, or professional adviser, and it does not participate in property transactions.
2. Your account
You are responsible for your account activity, the accuracy of information supplied, and maintaining secure access to your Google account. Notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized use.
3. Your content and permissions
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant ListVanta and its service providers a limited, worldwide license to host, process, reproduce, transform, and deliver that content solely to operate and improve the requested service. You represent that you own or have permission to use every photo, logo, name, recording, and listing detail you submit.
4. Responsible real estate marketing
You are solely responsible for reviewing outputs before publication and for compliance with MLS rules, advertising laws, Fair Housing requirements, brokerage policies, privacy rights, and local disclosure rules. “MLS-safe” describes an output without agent branding; it is not a guarantee of acceptance by any MLS.
5. Prohibited use
You must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy. In particular, you may not create or upload illegal, infringing, deceptive, discriminatory, sexually explicit, NSFW, exploitative, face-swap, deepfake, or privacy-violating material. We may remove content or suspend access where reasonably necessary.
6. Plans, Credits, and delivery
Current prices and included features are shown before purchase. Starter renews monthly until canceled. Purchased Credits expire six months after purchase. Subscription Credits and rollover rules are displayed with the plan. A branded or MLS-safe output costs 1 Credit; both variants from one approved project cost 1.5 Credits. A Credit is charged only after a successful render. Credits have no cash value and may not be transferred or resold.
7. Payment through Creem
Creem acts as merchant of record for paid purchases. Creem processes payment, calculates and remits applicable indirect taxes, and issues the invoice. Your purchase is also subject to Creem’s buyer terms presented at checkout. ListVanta remains responsible for product delivery, support, and product-specific obligations.
8. Automatic renewal, cancellation, and refunds
Starter automatically renews each month at the disclosed price until canceled. You may cancel at any time from the Creem Customer Portal or the subscription-management link in your ListVanta account once payments are enabled. 9. Availability and changes
We may update, suspend, or discontinue features and may impose reasonable usage or security limits. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, identical AI output, platform acceptance, marketing performance, leads, sales, or property transaction results.
10. Disclaimer and limitation
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available.” ListVanta disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages. Our aggregate liability for a claim will not exceed the amount you paid to ListVanta during the three months preceding the event, except where applicable law does not permit that limitation.
11. Governing terms
These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator in the People’s Republic of China, without overriding mandatory consumer protections that apply in your place of residence. Before formal launch, these terms should be reviewed by qualified counsel for the markets in which ListVanta is offered.
