1. Subscription renewal and cancellation
Starter costs $29 per month and automatically renews each billing cycle until canceled. You may cancel at any time through the Creem Customer Portal or the subscription-management link in your ListVanta account once payments are enabled. Unless an immediate cancellation is specifically requested and available, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period and you retain access until then.
2. Subscription refunds
Amounts already charged for an active billing period are generally non-refundable and are not prorated merely because you cancel before the period ends. We will review duplicate charges, incorrect charges, material service failures, and requests required by applicable consumer law.
3. One-time Credit purchases
You may request a refund for an unused one-time Credit purchase within 14 days after purchase. Credits that have been applied to a successfully generated video are consumed and are not refundable. Purchased Credits expire six months after purchase; expiration alone does not create a right to a refund.
4. Failed renders
A failed or interrupted render does not consume Credits. Because no Credit is charged for a failed render, no refund is required for that attempt. If an incorrect deduction occurs, contact us and we will restore the Credit or provide another appropriate remedy.
5. How to request a refund
Include your account email, Creem order or invoice ID, purchase date, and reason for the request. We aim to respond within three business days. Approved card refunds are processed through Creem and may take approximately 5–10 business days to appear, depending on the payment method and financial institution.
Questions or requests may be sent to support@listvanta.com. We aim to respond to billing and refund requests within three business days.
6. Mandatory rights
Nothing in this policy limits refund, cancellation, or withdrawal rights that cannot legally be excluded in your jurisdiction. Creem may also issue refunds where necessary to meet its merchant-of-record responsibilities.
